The place is very comfortable and it had everything we needed for our week long visit. The AC was a bonus in the summer heat, and the sofa bed worked well for my daughter (no complaints). The best part about this place is the location. Easy walks to Notre-Dame, the Louvre, dozens of restaurants, the Metro, groceries, stores, etc. and we felt the neighborhood was safe. For anyone who likes to workout, there is a gym in the building next door which is handy and you can even see the Eiffel Tower in the distance from a window at the top of the stairwell. Very close to the metro which we used every day during our stay. The appliances are small, but that is to be expected for a small three room apartment. Check in was easy once we realized it was one door down from the car park. The location is insane and right in the beating heart of Paris. And there are plenty of amenities to make the stay feel better than a hotel. Easy access to everything with lots of restaurant and transportation options nearby. There is a party atmosphere in the area but it is quite quiet after 11:00 pm so you can still get a good sleep!
