Self check-in starting from 3:00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies. Property Details: This 40-sqm apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a smart TV and dining area and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing machine in the property and a drying rack is provided. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is interior courtyard facing with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Just steps from your front door lies the lively Rue Montorgueil, a renowned market street lined with an array of restaurants, boulangeries, cafés, cheese shops and more. This vibrant neighborhood also offers easy access to some of Paris’s most iconic cultural landmarks. Both the Pompidou Center and the Louvre Museum are within walking distance, while the elegant Palais Royal and its hidden gardens are also just a short stroll away. With its close proximity to the Metro station Pyramides (Lines 7 & 14), accessing other areas of Paris is very easy. Just hop on the train to reach Opera, the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The location is perfect, super close to everything we needed. The wifi was fast, which was great, and the kitchen was well equipped so it was easy to cook meals. The bathroom and shower were really clean too.
