Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Management reserves the right to enter the property for necessary purposes, such as inspection, maintenance, or showings to potential renters. Entry will be with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency. Property viewings are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. \*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. House Rules and Policies ID Verification: All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID in advance for verification. On-site verification is not available, so ID must be received before check-in details are shared. Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35\. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to €800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.
