  • Beautiful 36 sqm 1 bedroom apartment with air conditioning, third floor without elevator in a nice building of the upper side of the Marais. The apartment is as follows :  







    • Living room with a sofa , two armchairs, HDTV, DVD, Ipod station, a wireless internet connection. Coffee table, carpet and elegant decoration. Rear Window.


    • Modern kitchen open to the living room with fridge, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine combo dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything necessary for cooking and eating.

    • Large room with a 160cm x 200cm bed, bedside table and large dressing. Rear Window.
