Apartment is a joy, downstairs game room with laundry is a huge plus! Tons of DVDs and my kids appreciated the English selection at the end of a long trip abroad. My daughter practiced piano, and the hot tub was a welcome plus after a long day of exploring. Everything you could want for a family Parisian vacation. Our host was great at providing information about the area. Be aware that this is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and you'll likely need to metro if you wanted to hit many late night spots. Claire and her family we're great hosts and provided ideas for kids activities during Christmas. If you want to visit the sites and scenes of Paris this is the place to be... home gym, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, cooking facilities, cable TV, close to shops, buses, trains and metro. ##### Garfield S.
