Par contre la literie avec des matelas à ressorts et des lits pour deux assez étroits, par rapport à ce qui se fait pour ce prix, ce n'est pas acceptable. On a signalé qu'on avait mal dormi quand on nous a demandé si tout allait bien, sans plus de considération. Pour dîner, prévoir 2h de service. L'espace piscine est vieillissant. »

« We stopped at TY Newport Hotel to visit a show at the ICC Wales venue half a mile away. Reception staff were polite and courteous throughout our stay. Most things were available within the room like , Hairdryer , Iron and ironing board , kettle to make normal tea and coffee ( No Green Teabags). The room was quite large and clean with a side chair and low table. A large TV on the wall . The bed was quite comfortable. Had some food in the CASA area , we had Smashed Burger with chips and...

« A lovely old-fashioned hotel in a stunning setting. Comfortable, clean, cozy. On arrival we were surprised to find nobody there even though we'd waited for reception opening time. Our keys were in a plastic bag pinned to a cork board. Explanations were confusing. Breakfast was an epic adventure. The gas stove had broken down and a tremendous effort was made by staff to provide us with a very good Welsh breakfast that was well worth waiting nearly an hour for. The lady who waited on us was very...
