We had to walk up thirty stairs to the top room which was claustrophobic and the bed was very high. The toilet system was very loud. My partner couldn’t get into the shower as she is on the large size and struggled with the stairs which did not have a proper banister. We checked out two days early as she couldn’t cope with the stairs and the room and we are awaiting a refund for those two days.

Breakfast was amazing!!!! Room was perfect size and the bathroom was nice. A lot of stairs though. An older gentleman with a hearing aid was very helpful during check out and called a cab for us.

Nothing wrong with the apartment/building but it was too hot- even when the outside was cool. 20/21 degrees outside and the room temperature was 29 degrees, even with window open/cool breeze and 2 fans on. Other guests had same experience as well. Shame as everything else was great
