"The staff was friendly and we appreciated being allowed to check in early. However, our overall experience was very disappointing.
When we entered the room, it was quite dusty, and we ended up cleaning parts of it ourselves, including the bathroom and nightstands. The bathroom also had a strong sewage smell, which was very unpleasant. We had to run the water and flush the toilet multiple times just to somewhat reduce the odor. On top of that, the sink barely worked—only hot water came out, and even that was very minimal. We had to leave the sink running for nearly an hour to get any usable water.
The following night, we requested new towels, but they were never delivered. We eventually had to go downstairs to get them ourselves. The in-room phone, which we were told we could use to call for assistance, did not work either.
We also chose to eat at the hotel restaurant one evening, which led to additional issues. When paying, my sister and her friend were given incorrect information about the value of the currency and were shortchanged. Additionally, when we ordered the “menu of the day” for two consecutive days, we never received the included dessert. It was only when a different manager noticed and asked about it that we realized it had been missing both times.
While the staff may be friendly, the overall quality of service, maintenance, and attention to deets needs massive improvements."
