"Apartment was exactly as listed. Being able to walk across the road to the beach is fabulous. Listening to the birds and surf in the morning is very calming. Really, the only thing that could be better, is having a couple of restaurants within walking distance. A car rental is a must if exploring, as apartment is far from the main road to catch buses."

"Amazing condo in a very safe and well run building. The unit was nicely appointed and the balcony was spacious and provided stunning views of the Pacific. The entrance door needs some repair as it can be difficult to lock/unlock. Pictures and wall adornments should be secured more permanently to the walls - when the breeze blows things can fly around. Nevertheless, an amazing condo!"

"Donna was easy to work with, communicated frequently, and the condo met all of our expectations. It was well appointed, beautiful views, and wonderful pools to choose from. "I had the pleasure of staying here, as Luis was an amazing host and Jorge the property manager gave us a thorough tour of the property and showed us around. Extremely peaceful and relaxing being the last property on the road on what feels like a really exclusive private beach area right where the river meets the ocean. Great Jungle and ocean views, for an inexpensive stay, you cannot beat it!!! Highly recommend!"

No pots big enough to make a large batch of both spaghetti and sauce. No blender. No stools for the eat-at counter. All of our other rentals were so much better. Also listing is inaccurate and shows the property is right in town, when it’s actually 7 or so kilometres out of town, and a car is necessary. Great house and grounds, lovely scenic area but be aware of listing inaccuracies."
