About the house and neighborhood:
This newly renovated house is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood where you can get away from all the urban bustle, but yet close enough (~ 20 mins) to hit the Panama City Beach, Mexico Beach and the unique beauty of the bays nearby. Tyndall Air Force Base and the Navy Base are only a short drive.
This place will help you to forget about the city traffic and to get the most unforgettable feelings and memories from your vacay time.

The property features 4 bedroom (6 sleeps), 2 full bathroom.
One of the bedrooms were renovated to a new very comfortable office with 2 office desks and 2 executive office chairs, where you can make yourself comfortable if you still have to spend some time working. Of course with free high-speed WI-FI!
Master bedroom has a very large and comfortable bed, king sized for your comfortable sleep while you are on vacation. Great master bathroom has separate bathtub and shower (no more lines and arguments on who will be the first one to have the shower in the morning or before going to bed), large double vanity and separate toilet room for privacy!
Two other bedrooms has all the amenities too for your kids/friends and share 1 full bathroom with all needed amenities.

The inside of the house is spacious with a large living room that is separate from the kitchen and dining room so you can totally forget about cooking and plunge into the world of Netflix on large 75 inch Sony flat-screen on the huuuuge and very comfortable sectional couch.

But if you do want to treat your loved ones to a delicious dinner - our spacious an fully stocked kitchen will help you to make your best cooking experience. Our kitchen is equipped with all the cookware, silverware, pots, pans and plates to cook yourself and your family breakfast/lunch/dinner from scratch.
If you want a barbeque - no problem! On the backyard you can find a propane grill and very comfy rotan chairs to enjoy the evening promenade.
Another important thing to mention: this house offers a small "fitness room" in the garage with some weights, benches and elliptical machine and separate laundry room with washing and drying machines.
As you could already notice, this beautiful place is all about comfort and convenience for all our guests.

Guest access:
You'll have access to the entire main home, driveway and the porch. On the door you will find a self check-in smart lock .
