"Generally clean and well maintained. The room I had was a bit overdone considering that "Zen" is the name of the hotel/motel. Basically a good place, not complaints."

"The room and hotel was clean for the most part but there is definitely some noticeable wear and tear in the common areas. The walls are thin, we could hear every cough and sneeze from the person in the room next to us. My biggest complaint though is with the staff interactions. During check in, I stood there and waited for 10 minutes while 3 workers at the front desk avoided eye contact and ignored me as best they could. There were no other customers, just me. They couldn’t even smile and apologize for the wait. The next morning, we asked the front desk about vouchers for breakfast and were snapped at and dismissed. No explanation or alternative, they just said, “you didn’t sign up too bad!” On another day, we called the front desk to ask for towels as we had used ours for the pool. They asked us to leave our dirty towels outside of the door and they would bring us new ones. We waited about an hour and called the front desk back. They said we had to go downstairs to get the new towels. My husband went downstairs and they said they were now out of towels. This place is overpriced for the type of service you get. Do not recommend"

"I visited the Creekside Inn as a solo traveler. As a woman, it's always scary to go to new places alone, but I felt very comfortable in my room. The staff were very nice when I checked in and checked out, and I would definitely recommend choosing this location. There were plenty of places to park around my room and it was easy to navigate. As for breakfast, I only went on my last day but if you just need a quick bite to eat, they certainly have some nice options. Mini cereals, apples, bananas, coffee/tea, and pastries. It's not a huge assortment with all the fixings but I didn't see that as an issue! The scenery was beautiful! It's called Creekside for a reason! I would definitely choose this place again!"

"Parking lot hard to get out of due to Veterans avenue being a one-way street and very busy. Great air conditioning! Unfriendly staff while checking in. Didn't tell us you get 10% off as a guest at IHOP. Found that out when checking out. Otherwise room was clean. Watch out for staying on ground floor both nights were horrible with noisy person upstairs making noise between 9:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. complained. Not much happened obviously, they did it again the next night."
