Nice small boutique hotel with friendly staff. Complimentary glass of wine was nice touch. Our room had a heavy musty smell. Comfy bed. No smart TV. Bathroom curtain too short so that water leaks out. Toilet constantly running.

Nice little hotel in quaint downtown Los Altos. Near shops and dining. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Missing ice access for rooms and ours did not have two bedside tables, otherwise very comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the friendly staff to the fireplace in the room, to the incredibly soft sheets - it was amazing. I usually have a hard time sleeping at hotels, but I fell asleep almost instantly here. So, so nice.
