The customer service was the worst ever/ Not once was i helped even after being told i would get what i needed/i had sheets only on our bed which was a queen not a king that i booked/ No blankets at all and i asked everyday to get one and never got one / it was cold and rainy and i had no way to get warm - my car was hit while i checked in in the entrance way!! The carpets were disgusting in the hallways - i wish i could leave a lower score than 1...
