Palazzo San Gervasio Vacation Packages

Excelente ubicación confortable A/C muy bien de mi grupo de tres habitaciones, todo muy bien Lo volveré a visitar.

We loved everything about our large suite. The sitting area was wonderful on a rainy day, we used the spa services which were lovely. The staff were all great with recommendations for restaurants, getting us cabs, and tasty breakfast!

The hotel was right by Sassi. Loved everything about our room. And most of all the staff were extremeley great and friendly esp Sara and Davide. They both assisted us and answered all our questions and inquiries and made our stay really stress-free. Will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we're in Matera.

I stumbled across this hotel whilst looking at a 5* property. I’m so glad I booked here. The owner Roberto and his colleague Francesco were so welcoming. The room I booked was fabulous. The wellness room with jacquzzi and Sauna on a separate level. The communication before arrival and check in was brilliant. Car parking booked and the hotel was easy enough to find. The views from the hotel of the sassi are amazing. The breakfast was so nice, something for everyone. On checkout we had a good chat with Roberto and he told his story of the renovation so hearing how it was built and the meaning behind it all was lovely to hear. This property is definitely worth booking.

Great location if u are w a car; staff was very attentive, room was lovely and very functional and breakfast was great w variety and fresh items. Antonella checked me in and since the gym was not open, she let me borrow 2 weights so I could work out in my room; both male bartenders in the evening (my apologies, I did not get their names) were so accommodating and Laura at breakfast on Sunday was so lovely and attentive. GREAT hotel when u visit Matera.
