From the check in to check out, this hotel was amazing! Wonderful, friendly staff who went above and beyond for our little dancers (we stayed for a dance convention in the area). Clean, beautiful property. The pool area was fun for the kids and adults both! Extremely clean rooms and nicely stocked with everything we needed. The restaurant and bar were amazing as well. Great location. We’ll definitely return!

Everything was great! With the exception of paying for parking. Why is it everywhere in the bay area you have to pay a parking fee? Including your hotel! The hotel itself was great. How about some free parking though!!!

The staff (particularly one of the male employees) was not friendly at all, and we did not feel welcomed during our stay. While the room itself was acceptable, there was a strong unpleasant odor every time we entered, which made the experience uncomfortable. We requested room cleaning, but no one ever came. The housekeeping number was also unresponsive, and we had to go to the front desk multiple times just to get basic items we needed. Overall, the service and room condition did not meet expectations. Also, keep in mind that breakfast and parking are not included and require additional payment.

Super clean! The Owner/ GM is very detail oriented. Highly recommended!
