"Honestly, the room & bathroom needed a better clean. The couch looked like someone had been lounging on it right before we checked in. The gentleman who checked us in was amazing; loved our interaction with him!!!"

"The property is a bit older. But you can't beat the views! The housekeeping staff were exceptional. The gym was good enough. Indoor pool looked well taken care of. There is a good little coffee kiosk in walking distance. I will stay here again."

"Even a second floor room in the Tower is an incredible view of the bay and Coit tower. We had the corner 1bd suite but saw regular rooms on our floor with the sane exact view. Stunning!!"
