Clean, affordable, friendly.. what else do ya need?
Having a second sink and mirror outside of the bathroom is very handy.
The back building is nice and secluded, away from the main road.
Nice big green area at the back.
Dog friendly.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The price was great, which was a factor for us in booking the room. The room was in good condition and had everything we needed…a bed, shower, air conditioning, mini-fridge and microwave. The young man, Faiz, who checked us in was very kind and helpful and offered us some cold drinks.
On the downside, the appearance of the entrance to the building/check-in area was not the most welcoming. We were also disappointed to find that the ice maker was empty and turned off when we went to get ice the next morning. We would also recommend having a bath mat that could be placed on the floor of the tub to prevent slips while showering.

Would like to stay one more day but when i was there they were asking me to pay for security deposit $200 which was not showing anywhere while i was booking. A/C was not working
To be clear, it is apparent that they are trying to improve the space; the mattresses seemed new, the pillows new/good quality, and the shower insert looked new.
However, staff barely speaks english so discussing issues or asking for help is near impossible unless the one manager is onsite.
We booked two nights and left a night early; if it weren't so late, we wouldn't have stayed at all. The building had strong paint odors; the new paint was peeling off the wall and doors; the mirrors were filthy; there was a sticky cup ring on the nightstand (the manager attempted to convince me it was from condensation); and the air conditioning, which was more of a fan in 40 degree weather, was falling off the wall. I could have managed the cosmetic issues; however, the reasons we chose to leave were that there were no interior manual locks in the rooms and sleep was uncomfortable due to the air conditioning not working and the windows not being openable. Because I could not address the issues with staff (language barrier), there was no way to resolve them.
On top of everything, when we went to leave and requested a refund for the second night, there was no one on-site who could communicate with me to resolve the issue, and I was told to wait or call later. I've attempted to call three times with no success or a callback. We've been home now for about a week, and the $200 security hold/deposit is still on my card, and I have not been able to get in touch with someone about the refund.
No access to the main door even after asking for a key; other guests seemed to have access, but I had to go in from the rear.
The room did not look like the photos shown.
The room had little to no ventilation and always felt extremely humid; while it was hot outside, the room was relatively cool.
Dead bugs were littered in the corners of the room.
I understand the facility is under new management, but the "upgrades/renovations" mentioned felt rushed and like patchwork. They repainted the room, but many light switches and other things were painted over, just like the stereotypical university landlord.
There were clear holes in the walls from doors being slammed open.
Front desk staff were nice but did not seem to know exactly what was happening.
There was no room service until I had asked for it on day 7 of my stay; it looked like they did everything except change the sheets.
They had decided to repaint the hallway but did not open any doors or windows for any ventilation, so the hall constantly smelled of paint even after it had dried.
Overall, while I stayed there since I was in the area for work, I will not be returning due to the overall poor experience.
Good for a place to stay if you do not need any amenities.we were there for a baseball tournament and just needed a place to sleep

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities
Room was clean, that's about it.
No Kleenex in the dispensers.
NO CHAIR in the room, had to watch TV from the bed.
ONE blanket on the bed, that looked like a moving van quilted cover.
Couldn't park in front of the room, had to haul everything into the room.
Toilet was loose and moved when you sat down.
Cheap price, but NOT IMPRESSED.
