« We stayed at the property while attending EAA AirVenture 2025. We primarily used the house as a place to sleep, since we spent almost all of our time at the event.The house was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and other essentials—great for anyone planning to cook during their stay. « We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The cottage was very clean. Amenities were excellent. We were in town to visit Our Lady of Champion Shrine which was just a short drive away. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning outside in the comfortable chairs right by the water. I especially loved watching the pelicans. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The owners were attentive to our needs if necessary. I highly recommend the Cozy Cottage and we will definitely revisit. »

« This is a charming little house tucked between beautiful victorians just a few blocks from downtown Waupaca. The grounds are beautifully kept, there is a place to sit outside, there is a restaurant on site in one of the big houses. The little cottage is an older house but clean and well kept, very big open main room and lots of room in the BR with twin beds. Kitchen is on the small side.
