Every staff person I interacted with was polite and helpful. I really appreciated the mini fridge because I have food allergies and brought my own food for my flight the next day. The room I was initially given did not have the mini fridge but they changed my room to one that had one with no issues. I would definitely stay again.

Room and amenities were great! They have a small dining area that you can order food from and some alcohol, there is events at time that travelers set up like karaoke, and location not too walkable but the train is right behind it and that was very very convenient! (Especially for the fest!)

Furniture is either chipped or stained, the hair dryer was not working, minimal vanity kits, no hangers in the wardrobe, the light in the room was poor and the room was dark, the body lotion tub was empty, breakfast and general food in the hotel was meh, coffee was horrible, room ..."
