"The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The hallways were quiet at night without any appreciable noise. Some of the staff were very friendly and others were less so. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Their laundry service was very good. The parking was a bit tight in the front of the hotel. Overall, it was a good hotel and definitely one of the better ones in the area."

"The room was large and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. The staff was helpful. We did buy breakfast, but that was lacking where they could not keep up with the amount of guests and keeping food out at the buffet. We had to wait quite a while for any hot food for breakfast."

"Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! We ended up staying a second night. As a result of this stay, we made a point to stay in another PHI later in our trip.

"It’s 30 min from Bologna in farming area
Rooms are dated. No art on walls. Bed was comfy sheets and pillows are good
Checkout is at 10am. 😥 Night time hot water was great. At 9am no hot water 😥
Shower head had a leak shooting up on roof of shower. I put a towel over it. To stop it. But stains looked like it was happening and nobody cares. Housekeepers. In hallway very noisy talking loudly together until I opened the door to see what was the crazy noise
They still had some Christmas...

"The hotel was excellent! The room was nicer than we expected. The breakfast was also very good.
The restaurant however was a letdown.
It was charming and the service was good but I ordered pasta with mussels and it was inedible.
I am not a food snob by any means and I will eat almost anything but the meal was so salty that I forced myself to eat a portion of it because I was really hungry.
The pasta was really salty the broth had no flavour other than salt and the mussels also were super salty...
