"The room was disgusting. The booking said smoke free but the hallway smelled of smoke and there was an ashtray in the room. Went down to ask for a clean room and was downsized to a queen bed. The internet is horrible. I will be reaching out as this is the worse experience I’ve had via hotels.com"

"My check in was excellent, very quick. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and personable, My room was very clean from the bathroom to my bed all good. Would definitely recommend for a comfy stay! Parking was easy aswell. "

"Hot tub not working, the water was warm. The room furniture was in poor condition/damaged(I have pictures). My husband and I were very disappointed. We expected better considering the name Doubletree. The room had a very uncomfortable smell coming from the AC unit which became stronger when you turned it to a warm setting. My husband wanted to ask for another room, however I didn't want to go through the hassle considering we were only staying 2 nights and planned to be out most of the day. Very disappointed. I gave it a 3 stars because the hotel overall was clean and staff was friendly "

"We did t have breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean, however it desperately needs to be renovated. The wallpaper and bedspread look like they’re from the 50’s. And they could use quilts on the beds instead of very thin blankets and bedspreads. "
