Lovely

Staff helpful, beds super comfy, everything we needed for short stay. Location was good but noisy there was noise from local bars and tram.

This was a great option for me while attending a three day conference in Oslo. It’s very walkable and close to many options for transportation. Plenty of food and convenience options nearby. It was clean and in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. There was even an in unit clothes washer. The drawbacks were the super tiny shower in the micro bathroom. I’m not even 6 feet tall, and basically had to maneuver to clean myself in the shower. I think they would be very wise to eliminate the laundry machine and make a shower built for adults. In addition to being tiny, the shower would only heat up to close to warm. The sink goes to scalding hot, but the shower goes to maybe baby bath water temp. On cold mornings, it really felt a little like taking a cold shower. I need to point out though, that I did not notify them, and if I had, over they would have fixed this.

The apartment was great. It has been very clean, big windows for a lot of daylight, nice furniture and space for our toddler to run too. Huge advantage is the elevator, esp when traveling with a toddler and more luggage. And there would have been some parking lots to book but you also find some parking in walking distance when traveling by car.

The apartment was great. Bedroom was pretty small and tight to navigate around the bed. But otherwise great. Very nice space with fully equipped kitchen and a clothes washer. Our issue that we had here was with the noise from the neighborhood. The area has a vibrant nightlife and was extremely loud. There were people talking, laughing, yelling all hours of the night. Car horns were honked throughout the night - even between 3am and 4am. This happened every night of our stay. One night a partygoer sat on the steps across from our window and vomited for an hour or so. The first night I woke up at 3:30am from the noise and put on my noise cancelling headphones. I was then able to sleep and did this for the remainder of the nights. Otherwise the apartment was everything we needed and very conveniently located.

Sentralt og flott beliggenhet

Frogner House Apartments kan virkelig anbefales! Enkel sjekk inn på Skovveien og det ligger veldig sentralt til med gode restauranter og butikker! Leiligheten var kjempe flott! Rent og hyggelig innredet. Det eneste som kan bemerkes er at gården kunne vært hyggeligere planlagt og rengjort med oppgraderte benker og benker. Til tross for dette, kan jeg virkelig anbefale Frogner House, og jeg kommer gjerne igjen.

Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i Oslo. Leiligheten er godt egnet for en familie med 3 barn. Kjøkkenet fungerer bra til frokost og kveldsmat. Dersom man kommer med bil kan det anbefales å parkere i parkeringshus i nærheten da gateparkering er vanskelig å finne

Familie og bryllup.

Det var en fin plass for opphold til et bryllup, men litt frem og tilbake ang parkering og med en del bagasje var det litt jobb. Leiligheten var helt topp, flott og stort med mye rom plass og det som skulle til for å kunne bo der litt. Et vindu i tak på et av soverommene var ikke å få åpnet (leilighet 1142?) pga stang var ikke til å få festet. Ellers et bra opphold😊. Fin nærhet til butikk mm.

rolig og sentralt

Jeg fikk rom på bakkeplan og ba om å få bytte og det var helt uproblematisk. De sa det var fullt der og da sa jeg sa hvor som helst bare opp i høyden. Jeg ble flyttet fra Oscars gate til en annen bygård i Odinsgate. Helt tipp topp 1 min unna midt på bygdøy alle, trikk til sentrum 1 min unna. Stille rolig strøk, rent og pent, gode senger, god dusj og eget sovrom :-)

Fin leilighet - med mye bråk og lite søvn!

Oppholdet på Oscarsgate var både veldig bra, og svært slitsomt. Leiligheten i sin helhet var utrolig fin, og veldig brukervennlig - med et fint bad, fint kjøkken med alt av utstyr (minus en oppvaskmaskin som ikke funket) og et fint soverom (deilige senger). Barna sov på sovesofa i stuen. Beliggenheten ifht Frogner og sentrum var utmerket - kort vei til restauranter, Soliplass og 10 min til Nationaltheatret/Akerbrygge m.m. Minusene ved å leie her var, i vårt tilfelle, at det var veldig mange unge mennesker som festet til langt på natt og var svært høylytte. Noe som ødela nattesøvnen til undertegnede som skulle spille NM i golf tidlig dagen derpå, og resten av familiemedlemmene. På sommeren er det også varmt - og uten AC i leilighetene blir det nesten umulig å lukke igjen vinduene uten å få heteslag. Parkeringsmulighetene er også dyre - men dette er ikke utleier sin feil, men heller Oslo kommune. Anbefaler alle å komme med tog og bruke offentlig transport hvis mulig.

Frogner house

Brannalarmen ble utløst 4 ganger første kveld, samt kl 07.00 andre dag. Dette meførte også at heisen ikke virket. Med små barn og mye bagasje, ble dette veldig vanskelig med rom i 4. etasje
