We had another reservation fall through and booked this last minute. Overall it was a good deal for the money. Good location but had a weird issue where our door wasn't locking (we had someone open it from outside) and our neighbors were partying and yelling until 4am which meant we didn't sleep.

This is a nice and friendly hotel. Niceviews from the balcony. The room tiles are slightly slippery, they could do with a bathroom or other mat.

Overall a very bad stay. Leak in the shower floor/door caused water all over the bathroom. Window didn't close. Heater broken. The property advertised soundproofed rooms but could hear every word from the couple arguing next door. Free Coffee in the morning was awful. That said, it was clean, staff was nice and it's in a good location.

It's very clean and easy check in. Worth the price. Just that during our stay it got so warm around 5-6AM. But other than that, our stay was great.

Adequate if you only need a bed and shower

This hotel is adequate if all you need is a hot shower and a bed to sleep on. There are no amenities and I’m not even sure if there is climate control (AC/heat). The positives for the room I stayed in were that it had great water pressure and a balcony so I could open the door to get cold air in. Multiple things were broken in the room, the pillows were lumpy and the shower was super small (I’m a small person and could barely fit). There was a kitchen in my room but it was not usable-there wasn’t even a fridge to store food. There was also an extra front door on the inside, which was very strange. Overall it served its purpose but I would not recommend to anyone who is expecting a normal hotel experience. Additionally when I was checking out someone else had found a used syringe in their room-do cleaning services may also not be the best (I didn’t have them clean my room during my stay).

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very warm, the bathroom was ok and overall everything was clean. The furniture in the room could have been better and the space could have been used in a better way. There was a cooking stove and a sink in the room, which in my opinion is not needed. It is a room and not an apartment. On the other hand there was no functional wardrobe, which is more important, if you are staying couple of days and don't want to open/close your luggage all the time.

Good hotel for the price and location

Stayed in May and it was very hot in the room, even with a fan. Hairdryer in the bathroom was not working and they only had two to lend, which had already been borrowed when we needed one. Still good enough for the price and location. Staff are easy to contact and are very accommodating.

The check in system didn’t like my name, Expedia booking reference, other reference or reference given by cafe staff, glad someone was there to manually let me in. Room was quite small and could hear people in other rooms. Room quite warm so had window open, but under area where smokers met, so had to shut window. Room was very clean.
