"I was initially placed on the 10th floor, which had great views, but there was massive construction happening which affected my ability to sleep, so the hotel was nice in moving my room to another building the next day: which was on a 4th floor, so i had a partial view of the city and ocean. "My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights at this lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The biggest stand out of this hotel was the staff. They are so warm, friendly and accomodating and really looked after us. It was my birthday over the time we stayed and they organised a cake and decorations in our room and really went above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right round the corner from the Hoan Kiem lake, plenty of restaurants, spas, shops. The breakfast was good value for money, the room was spacious and again the staff accomodation all our needs whether providing extra pillows or arranging an airport drop off. Thank you so much for our stay! "
