"We stayed four nights at Long Hostel in a private room. It was very good value for money however the bed was very uncomfortable (needs a new mattress and a bigger duvet/sheet). The shower also stopped working on the last day. We can’t complain too much as the breakfast was great, freshly cooked and it was such good value. Great location too!"

"I took an upgrade offer to the newly renovated 'Salon' suites. It's similar to 'Club Room' level of service where you have a dedicated check in/out desk, but with a few more perks. Whilst I didn't need the extra perks, or the nicer room, it was cheap enough to go ahead anyway and I'm glad I did. The room was lovely, the service for anything needed felt 5\*, and the process of checking in/out was so quick and easy. During our stay, Figo and Kaka (ex. global football stars) checked in for a night too. If it's good enough for them it's certainly good enough for me! "
