Only misconception I feel was that we didn’t realize that our spot was across the street from the lodge that is showcased on the website. Host accommodated late check out for us since one of our guest fell the day before and broke her foot and we were waiting for a return call from the physician. Parking was not convenient because we had to park on another block. »

« The apartment was clean and neat. Check-in was easy. Owner was very helpful. The unit is in a safe and quiet neighborhood . The unit has a double security entrance so it is well suited to a solo traveler. Within two miles of the unit there are multiple restaurants, (try Mooneys for great mac & cheese) shops, and a large Wegman's grocery store. The Corning Museum is very close. »

« We were in town for my son’s wedding. The house was very charming and convenient to the wedding venue, (First Baptist Church). We walked with our almost two year old son to the library then for Hot Chocolate. With the crazy Wellsboro weather, Marlene coordinated with a neighbor to shovel the walkway and was willing to do the back deck if we needed it. Marlene was quick to respond to any question we had along the way. With a house that was built in the 1840s, we enjoyed the decor and our grandson...

« Room was in need of some maintenance. Wall sconce was cracked. Some trim work in the bathroom is needed and the furniture seemed too big for the small room. The sofa was comfortable. Awesome location. Other guests would smoke outside the main entrance so the smell was caught in the hallway. I realize that is not something you can manage really. »
