Beautiful unique rooms and incredible friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious. I had a lovely view from my balcony. Breakfast was also great as the staff were welcoming every morning

We loved it here! Service was amazing. Loved being able to walk to the beach and enjoy local restaurants. It was also lovely to be so close to Old Town Rethymno! Will definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone!

Pool and Spa very friendly staff. The venue was very clean!

This hotel is unique, but very interesting and pleasing! We were upgraded due to my husbands height. We needed a bed with no foot board. We were on the top floor....had a beautiful sunny deck...perfect for March sunshine! We looked out on snow covered mountains , a lemon tree, old buildings and roofs. And we could get a glimpse of the Fort! Very special for we two Canadians. Beds were comfortable, towels and supplies very nice. Breakfast included, down around the corner, was wonderful! ...

Beautiful property in a great location. Staff was very attentive. The buffet breakfast had an excellent selection. It’s in a lovely walking section of the old city but there is parking at the Port parking lot about 5 minutes away. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice bungalow but a little smelly and always some water under the tiles on the bathroom floor, that should be repared, probably the cause of the smell.. pools are nice but not heated! Nice view but no view from them, if I had known I wouldn’t have paid extra for a bungalow

Everything was outstanding during our stay. Would highly recommend stopping in for a few days. Thank you to all the staff that worked so hard to make our stay a memorable one.

Excellent location! Right on the beach in a short distance into old town. All the amenities needed and staff were so friendly and helpful.

Came for the location, stayed for the pool and the ambiance. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious and with great amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall would stay again and would recommend without reservation.

Thank you for the excellent service hospitalité Closer to everything 5 stars

While the property is new and beautiful it is not those esthetics that stand out for me. After flying for hours from from Rome, the nightmare of airport security and arriving in your new destination in the dark the brightest star was the most welcoming lady at the front desk - Theoploti. I had just finished a jam packed tour of Italy with massive crowds at places like the Roman Forum and The Colosseum. To arrive to such solitude and quiet was a joy like no other. No one giving me attitude...

Stayed the second week in October for 2 days at this charming hotel. Annamaria was very welcoming upon our arrival offering us a welcoming drink in the gorgeous courtyard while we checkin and bags brought up to our rooms for us. The breakfast was fantastic having everything you could want from pastries, cheese and cold cuts, assortment of breads and eggs made to order. The location is quiet and has everything closely. The room was unique and well equipped with bottled water, tea/coffee and a...

Great hotel great service great location

Great hotel, highly recommend, staff is friendly, location is great with a very clean beach. The only thing that cork be improved upon was the temperature of the hot tub which could be warmer.

All over very good experience

The hottub was perfect and the room was well designed. Nothing but incredible things to say about the room, amenities and location. Would definitely stay here again.
