There is availability for up to one additional vehicle in the unassigned lot but availability there is not guaranteed. Ormond Beach is a quieter beach-side town home to mostly full-time and seasonal residents. It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events. Ocean Watch is located in North Ormond where there is no construction allowed on the beach itself so all buildings are across the street from the ocean with nothing obstructing the view. All of the beaches in this part of North Ormond are all traffic-free as well. It's very quiet and maintains a serene, natural beauty. You'll rarely find a busy spot on the beach in this area. Just down the street from Ocean Watch is Lagerhead Bar and Grill. This restaurant offers a great variety of craft beers and fresh food served with an ocean view. They have both indoor and outdoor dining and it's a great spot to walk to for lunch or dinner while at the beach. Just down the road in the other direction is a Circle K gas station that also doubles as a beach-rental shop. They rent many beach items including surf boards and boogie boards. Located a quick drive from the complex is Oceanside Beach Bar and Grill offering casual and quick beach-side eats. Located next to this restaurant is Bicentennial Park which includes nature trails, multiple sports fields, restrooms, covered picnic tables, a lookout tower, and much more. Step into this oceanfront paradise and feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders! An oceanfront living room greets as you as you walk through the door equipped with a Smart TV. The living room includes a sleeper sofa as well. The dining table awaits you between the living room and kitchen allowing for oceanfront views while you dine. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare beach-side meals including a standard, drip coffee maker and a tea kettle. The oceanfront primary suite with a queen bed hosts a private, ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom holds a queen bed, desk area, and TV with an adjacent full bathroom. This bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. Step onto your private balcony and into your secluded oasis! The oceanfront balcony affords you an incredible, direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony includes outdoor furniture allowing guests to enjoy time together while surrounded by the sound of waves crashing into the shore below. Ormond Beach is a quieter beach-side town home to mostly full-time and seasonal residents. It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly. Guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles here. One space is assigned in the garage and the other is unassigned. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Nov 29, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy An absolute serene paradise! This part of Ormond beach is our favorite part of the Daytona area. It’s still only 15 minutes to do anything in Daytona but feels like a world away. The complex is peaceful and lovely. There’s almost no traffic on the road here. I was able to just enjoy the oceanfront views everyday on the balcony. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was very well stocked. Very clean and well-kept condo. Even the beds were comfy! The hosts were very helpful and one day I let them know a lightbulb had burnt out and they arrived within the hour - wow! Just an all around amazing place to stay with great hosts as well! ##### Meagan S.
