Amazing place with such a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere! The customer service is outstanding, and the attention to detail makes the experience extra special. We loved it and enjoyed every moment! The room is so fresh, nee clean and renovated the staff is incredible and have valet parking

Very well located to access the Park Ave strip of restaurants and Rollins College. The room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Pricey but knowing all profits fund scholarships at Rollins makes it palatable. BTW if you are visiting the College for a student tour you receive a 15% hotel discount when you book the tour

The Alfond Inn is a top-notch, full service, beautiful luxury hotel, located just steps from the main lively street of Winter Park with shops and restaurants. The lobby is gorgeous as is the pool area. The common areas approaching the bar are warm and inviting with lots of seating areas both inside and outside. The guest rooms are well-appointed and look like photos of high-end guest rooms in someone's house - beautiful gold tone and unique light fixtures that are not typically found in hotel rooms, lovely and unique artwork on the walls, and a good size bathroom with two sinks, providing plenty of room for a couple. The towels are thick, soft and fluffy - better than the ones I have at home! The restaurant serves delicious food. The staff were all wonderful. We will be back!

I loved everything about this hotel. Just know that whenever I go to Orlando or anywhere close by, the Alfond Inn is where I will stay for life!!! The staff was wonderful the restaurant inside the hotel the food was so good.

By far, the best hotel I have ever stayed (and I’ve stayed in what would be considered 6-star hotels). The entire stay was an incredible experience and my soul just felt alive and more vibrant. Everything is artfully curated and I was brought to tears by the chosen artwork which displayed truly humanitarian and justice-oriented pieces. The amenities were out of this world, the staff is kind and informative, the food is excellent, the pillows, the mattress—truly, I can’t say enough about this place. I wish I never had to leave and already ache to return.

The staff was amazing! So helpful and kind. Loved the art throughout the Inn and the QR codes and interpretive signage. We were all made to feel like we were at home and welcome at every encounter. So lovely and we look forward to coming back.
