First of all the two main cable tvs in the sitting area didnt work. They said maintenance would come but never showed up. The property manqger asked me to cjeck the input. Im on vacation i should not have to check something rhat should slready be working when i paid for it.
Then i get there and thinking the grill was part of the package and it wasnt, that was another 25 dollar fee and oh yeah not to mention you also have to purchase the gas for the tank another 19 dollars so o only grilled one day so some lucky soul wont have to worry about that next time. The communications was terrible through expedia, worst experience ever. The towels in the bathrooms had to be rewashed because they werent clean. I just served 30 years in the US Navy and just wanted to relax with my family and reflect but this was not what i expected and i would be embarassed as a property owner or manager of this property for anyone to rent. The location was beautiful but the management of this property was subpar fro. My experience. I will NEVER recommend this property to anyone. Worst ever!!!!
