« Would we arrive? The lockbox code I was told to use did not work because they did not have my phone number from Expedia. So it would’ve never worked. The woman I spoke to was very helpful but I shouldn’t have had to call.
We were very surprised to find that there were no closets and no where to put the suitcases.
It was pouring rain and there was no doormat in the room, so the room got very wet and actually water was seeping under the door.

« It was very clean with fun eclectic furnishings. We had trouble finding the property, even with GPS. We had trouble with the keyless lock, and it took a while for the property manager to get back to us via text. There was no on-site staff. To work the heater, we scanned the QR code, but those instructions weren't correct, according to the person we texted, who did text back promptly that time. »

« We arrived to the upper carriage house, where a nasty nauseous rotten meat smell filled the room.
This was quite unexpected and unsettling.
We could not use the refrigerator, as it smelled of rotten meat.
We asked for a refund and were denied. We were not offered a partial refund.
We were offered a complimentary night stay. However, we were told the offer only lasted a week. Due to our home location, this was not realistic.
