« Comfortable, well-furnished home set well back from the road and safe for dogs to roam (with supervision.) The house is less than 5 minutes drive from Mabou business district, with supermarket, gas station and the Red Shoe Pub. Mabou Mines and West Mabou beaches are minutes away. A prolific wild raspberry patch is adjacent to the house (we were there in late July, the perfect season.) »

« Two sets of family stayed at this property and it was more than enough room. The house was very clean and tidy and a comfortable space. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials and all bathrooms had plenty of soap, paper towel and toilet paper. The host was super friendly and helpful. « This cottage is very cute and authentic and totally private. It is secluded and has such a beautiful viewsIt is up a relatively steep hill, but very accessible by car. The interior is low tech, but that’s not what we were looking for.It is still cozy and practical.The kitchen is fully furnished. The washer dryer are perfect, as well as the bbq (brand new and super clean).Ursula was a very friendly host and we are grateful for this experience! »

« Chalet impeccable, avec décors de plage chic, mais minimaliste. La luminosité est incroyable, mais pourrait rendre l'intérieur trop chaud en été (plus de raison pour profiter de la cours et de la vue). Meubles et accessoires d'excellentes qualités. »

« The houses were absolutely stunning as was the view. There was a clear path down to the lake that we walked several times a day. The houses were very clean and roomy and fit our large family well. Any questions we had were answered right away. This was definitely one of our favorite vacations. »

« This is a great house, with tons of space. Ample indoor dining and living space was augmented by a pleasant yard. Easy to find, within walking distance of a grocery and coffee stand, across from the famed Red Shoe, this was also a good homebase for visits to west coast beaches (and sunsets) the national park and other island attractions. Host is kind and friendly, as were the neighbors. All in all - a wonderful experience. I hope we can return some day. »

« Cute little tiny home. Lovely views! Had a bit of difficulty with the key getting stuck in the door but made it work. The funky heater soon had the place toasty warm. Thanks for sharing the place!! »
