We had a pleasant stay at this property. The balcony offered a beautiful view, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They even allowed us to add a guest at the last minute and arranged extra beds without any hassle. The washroom maintenance could be improved, but overall, it was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful balcony with view of Bras D'or Lake and bridge. Plenty of seating area outside on the balcony and in the front entrance to our rooms. It was spacious and staff were friendly. Pub on site was very convenient.

The staff was excellent and went out of their way for us (ensuring we could have a gluten free breakfast, for one). The place is cute. The view is awesome. It’s a bit remote, but that is part of its charm.

We had a lovely stay at Iona Heights Inn. The location was beautiful and peaceful, with gorgeous views and a great atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was a wonderful base for exploring Cape Breton, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. We would definitely stay here again!
