"The heat pumps in both bedrooms never seemed to work properly. Neither room got to the colder temperatures that we set on the controllers. The rooms never got below 72’ F, even when we set the controllers lower.With the number of units on the property, there seems a good argument to have a shared laundry facility available, but that was lacking."
