Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

8/10 Good
"One thing I was disappointed in was the fact that I put orders in for balloons and cookie along with chocolate covered strawberries over a week before our stay to surprise my daughter for her birthday. When we got to our room nothing was set up like I ordered. I went to the front desk and asked what happened the lady didn’t have a definite answer. She said maybe it was sent too late. I asked what’s the requirement for preordering those amenities and she couldn’t tell me. When I sent the request in (9 day prior to arrival) it did not say there was a time frame. She said that she would put that request for the items and fix it. The next day we were gone to Disneyland and came back to again, no amenities. When I checked out the following day I asked again what happened? I was told there was no order under my reservation and they don’t know what happened either. They put no effort into trying to fix it or make up for not only letting me down once but twice. The best thing about our stay was the tram to and from Disneyland. It was so convenient! We never had to wait more than 10 minutes coming or going. The hotel itself could use some touch ups and upgrades. The carpet and paint are due for a makeover but as a whole we were happy with the property. It was beautifully decorated for fall/Halloween."

"The hotel overall was good. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was more than enough to set you up for the day in the Disney parks. Cannot fault the place and not far from the resort. 10 to 15 min walk even though we Ubered to and from the hotel as had young ones who didnt like walking and too much after a whole day at the Disney Park."

ALO Hotel by Ayres, Orange

ALO Hotel by Ayres, Orange

10/10 Excellent
"My room was great! Room 320 overlooking the pool was at the very end of the hallway, and was very quiet. The room was clean, the bathroom was renovated and carpet was clean and no smell. The elevator is very small, but worked perfectly. Breakfast is included and parking cost $15 per night. 8 minutes to Disneyland and so many restaurants close by."

Desert Palms Hotel & Suites

Desert Palms Hotel & Suites

8/10 Good
"Didn’t know what to expect when we booked it. Reviews varied from “hidden gem” to “dated and don’t stay” honestly , the hotel is a little dated, but it wasn’t bad at all. The staff were super nice and for the location, the price was great. We stayed in room 318 and had no issues with noise. I know a lot of reviews complained about noise depending on the room. Also, the convenience of having a 7/11 right there when you walk out and on your way to the park is great. It’s about a 10-15 walk to Disneyland depending on how fast you’re walking. Only issue I had was there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Only noticed it when we got back late from Disneyland. Other than that, I have no problem re booking this hotel"

Clementine Hotel & Suites Anaheim

"We loved staying here! It's a bit old, the rooms could use an update and some deep cleaning, but it's really a fun vibe and the bi level loft suite with a kitchen is fantastic for families. The complimentary breakfast was really great too! The walk to Disneyland was about 20 mins. Doable but kind of far. We didn't mind though. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
