Excellent location right on the high street, Christmas Markets outside the door. A few minutes walk from Old Square and Clock. Facilities around and including the hotel were excellent. Would really recommend.

My sister and I stayed in this hotel in January 2026. The hotel was big and clean. However, the room was outdated, there were not enough outlets in the room, the shower door only went halfway and caused a mess whenever I took a shower. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where I had to pay to use the pool even though I was a guest at the hotel. The staff at the front desk and restaurants were nice.

This place was absolutely nasty. We arrived at 2pm and they checked us in and even gave us a key but did not assign us a room number because we were "too early". Very close to subway. Good breakfast. Clean and modern room. The only thing that was concerning is the sound isolation is weak. I heard my neighbor from the adjacent room talking, and he heard me, but it is common in most hotels now around the world. I would still recommend this place.
