Open Hall Vacation Packages

It was okay but a distance from main hotel so food had to be ordered in from door dash

A little bit cosy. Breakfast provided choice (bagels, cream cheese, jam, muffins, fruit and yogurt). The host was available and provided useful information. We were there during shoulder season and therefore not much was open for dining.

The room was clean but it was far away from the elevator next time we will call after we book our room to get it close to the elevator the staff was great and the rest was good

The staff were nice and helpful. The room was adequate for the price. The hotel is just not well sound proofed. My room was near the elevators and I could hear everything happening outside my door. It didn’t help that there was a kids hockey tournament on and the kids were running up and down the hallways until 11. I could also hear a dog barking down the hall for way too long. I woke up to the sounds of kids/parents in the hallway on the way to elevators at 650am. Even the parents just talking lowly while waiting for the elevator could be heard clearly. The breakfast buffet was basic but ok enough.

Beds and pillows are so comfy. Clean and comfortable.
