8.4/10 Very good! (1,001 reviews)
The hotel is so central to walk to everywhere. Just 500m from Grand Place. The roof top bar is a must for views, lovely drinks and a great meal. All the staff were so attentive and gave good service. Will always stay here if visiting Brussels again

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
I really, don’t like giving bad reviews but please make sure, when you book a room. It’s not facing towards the street. I could not sleep thru the night due to banging music, that played all night. 8.8/10 Excellent! (531 reviews)
The staff were excellent and really helpful and kind. The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was tired with a loose toilet seat and towel rail and the light was a tad temperamental. I think it would be beneficial for there to be an additional coffee machine or access to a kettle within the rooms, as the queue for coffee was substantial at breakfast time. Overall I would return to this property as we really enjoyed he location, the atmosphere and the friendly staff.
