Check in and access codes was a little confusing for me at first because of all the apps & online stuff you do now days but the # you call for assistance someone was always helpful, basically did not have any problems just my lack of understanding process

It was a challenge to get in contact with the host to get checkin instructions. We had to place an international call as they claim they could not communicate via Hotels.com. Everyone else I dealt with could. Parking was ok once we got into the unit and got the parking permit. Great location as restaurants shopping and sight seeing were all walkable.
