The young man at the front desk was very pleasant when I checked in -- asked if it was my first visit with them and took a few moments to make sure I knew where everything was on the first floor.
I did not check in remotely because why I was in town was a required field. I don't think I should have to disclose that.

I would have given staff a 5 however there is one employee there that works in the kitchen for breakfast that was rude to us at one point. Every single staff member there is great except the one kitchen guy with light brown/blonde hair. He got really mouthy with my husband at one point on our trip when they ran out of a food item and my husband was irritated and the guy responded in a very unprofessional way, other than that the place is great

Room by outside door slamming until 3 am, windows on ground floor were unlocked and slightly open, unsafe. They could not move me because they were sold out. Got no sleep!

Very nice basic hotel and great staff. The breakfast included both cold and hot (eggs, sausage, pancakes) items. My friend left her ring and earrings in the room and they had already contacted us before we phoned them!

I enjoyed my stay there. My room was nice. It was quiet. They had a great continental breakfast in the morning which was one of my reasons why I chose them. And I enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was a little to powerful, which is the opposite of what I normally experience in a hotel shower. But there was no way to control the amount of water or to adjust the spray.
Other than that, the room was clean and was everything we needed for our trip.

I stayed here in Aug and Sept. For a best Western plus, it is more expensive than the rest, the towels were meager and felt like sandpaper. Pillows are small, bed is marginal and oh, the sink drain is plugged and the faucet leaks.

Property appears to be almost new, well done and clean. It would have been nicer if it was a bit farther from the highway but the noise on the fourth floor was not bad at all. I would definitely stay here again.

They tried to charge me $25 to store my 1 carry on bag for an hour. This is INSANE. When I asked about this unprecedented and cheap policy the front desk person was very rude. I have never been charged to have a bag temporarily held by the front desk. Usually this “service”’is free and I will tip the staff helping me.
