The staff is really helpful and friendly. The location is perfect- easy to walk to convention center and lots of resturants within walking distance. Nice lobby to meet people and Spencers in on the first floor- which is a great resturant.

Great stay. Room still had some (what appeared to be) food chunks and crumbs in it. There was human feces in the stairwell of the parking garage. Other than that, decent stay. Wish they were more transparent about parking pricing and that there is a breakfast available. The front dest was great and everyone I spoke with was very kind and helpful.

Walkable to CHI Arena, many restaurants to satisfy all tastes and price points (Spencer's was perfection), over to Iowa 😄, Durham Museum..... Speedy efficient check-in, helpful housekeeping staff for extra towels etc, fitness room was convenient and indoor pool would be perfect for families with kiddos. We'll go back.

We stay at this place a lot when we come to town , but the room we had this time wasn’t as great as they have in the past. There was a giant orange stain on the duvet, the night stand was dirty, the bed was frame was moved/angled and too heavy to move back. There was no hot water in the morning when showering. I arrived early and was told that my room with 2 queen beds was not ready.l, even though others were being checked in at the time. So I came back at 3pm and was told that they didn’t have the room with 2 beds, but could give me a room with a king and a rollaway. They blamed Expedia. The truth is that there was a concert nearby and I suspect that they gave my room away. To compensate me they offered to pay for parking (which per their own information was free anyway).

Room we were in could use a little updating. Bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was good, but was not complimentary. Price for hotel was good for the area. Parking was a little too much. Close walks for restaurants

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...
Stayed here back in November and had a terrible experience with our room (spongy bathroom floor with broken floor tile, broken toilet lever, bathroom sink backed up the following morning due to upstream users and a blocked drain somewhere down the line, and barely an apology at checkout). We tried it again due to it's convenient location and price. We booked a king room through Hotels.com, but were given a double queen instead, and the hotel told us there was nothing they could do and blamed it on Hotels.com knowingly overbooking rooms. On the plus side, our bathroom was not a disgusting cesspool of neglected maintenance this time. Also, the queen bed was a million timed more comfortable than the king bed we had last time, but that didn't take much; a cardboard box laid on concrete could have beat that bed. The choice of pillows was extremely over stuffed, or extremely under stuffed. Three days later my neck still hurts and is giving me headaches. I appreciate the location and cost, but I don't think I will let myself stay here again.

If there is an event, and you are planing on parking at the property, you will still need to arrive early to get a spot. We had to park in another garage for our event because the parking garage was full. After the event, the garage cleared out and we were able to move our vehicle in and have it stay there overnight. Rooms and lobby were great! Beds were comfortable, and the sheets felt clean and comfy.

A great spot, fantastic staff.
This was a great spot to stay for a few days during my conference. Easy walk to all the venues, plenty of places to eat and get coffee. The staff there is FANTASTIC! I would stay there again.
