During the evening hours we were able to relax in the cozy, quite home while enjoying all the amenities that the home provided. We would definitely stay again."

"Nice updated small house, great location on the water. Great bird watching...saw many bluebirds and eagles in addition to many water birds. Hot tub was great. Note that road to house is gravel and hilly...not good if you have a low clearance car such as a corvette. Our sedan handled it no problem."

We received the instructions for entry one day prior, and everything was where it said it would be. The only compliant - the lighting in the main seating area was inadequate. "This rental served as "spill over" space for family that came into town for my daughter's graduation that we couldn't accommodate at our house. It delivered on all that it stated in the listing! It was clean and conveniently located in Stafford. The host was easy to reach and quickly answered all inquiries. A couple things to note: - For coffee: there is both a drip system and a Keurig (which is not stated in the listing). - The check in/out time was a bit more constraining than other rentals...

"Our stay at the home was good. We had one hiccup that was the door combination wouldn’t work for about 5 minutes. Called the manager of the property and he responded quickly. Other than that the house was very clean. The neighbors were quiet. We enjoyed a BBQ with a few family members on Saturday for a birthday celebration. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Was in town for our Son's Marine graduation from The Basic School. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. Host was prompt on answering a question regarding the hot tub. The only thing I would recommend would be more cereal bowls & drinking glasses as our group did use ted solo cups for both. Overall, a great stay."

"From check in to check out & everything in between in was a great stay. I read some of the previous reviews & was surprised with the negativity. It is a campground after all, not the Ritz. We stayed in one of the 38’ RV’s and were quite comfortable and happy with the comfort items provided. "

"Bug infested, double booked, gave code to both familes, filthy dirty, moled towels, no amenidties *but wouldnt use them if they were there). Had to go buy paper towel, toliet paper, plates plasitcware, cups even for coffee. Towels had mold. Laundry coin operated and even if you have coin open the dorr get the stench of a lifetime. Oh and infested with ants and hornets. Stay outside its better"
