Estaba el lugar lejos de las calles principales. El cuarto que escogí con una cama era bien pequeño. Al lado había mucho ruidos. Pero aún así era bonito el lugar. Solo q cuando vayan a escoger cuarto que sea uno más grande. Somos mayores de edad y tuvimos q subir muchas escaleras. No había personal que ayudara con las maletas. El bar estaba cerrado.

As described as four star, this properties not at all close to even two stars. The room was dirty with all the hair and pricetags from the previous guest. Also, the hot tub was locked away and not to be used. Water was not hot only cold and the list goes on.

the hotel was beautiful. the staff were very polite and on point. the rooftop resteraunt service was horrible, food was limited and the service was just slow which definitely left a bad taste in my mouth

Very good Very clean the staff was very helpful there was only one thing that needs to upgrade and that is to put a iron and iron board in the room and the steps going up are to deep. Otherwise buitiful place and the staff nice.
