"A little dated. Felt like a safe area. Happy to have a shuttle to the airport but we had to miss breakfast as the later shuttle was full, so I can’t comment on food and we unfortunately had to pay $100 for airport breakfast. "

"Overall, my stay was excellent — the room was comfortable, clean, and felt very welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the gentleman at the front desk was understanding and helpful. However, the parking experience was quite frustrating. It was raining heavily, and when I arrived, the valet was full and another car was blocking the entrance. I temporarily pulled over in the hotel loading zone to quickly unload my luggage (I had five pieces) and planned to check in and then move my car right away. There were also several other cars doing the same. Unfortunately, the hotel shuttle driver pulled up behind me and kept honking, insisting that I move my car immediately. But there was nowhere for me to go in that moment. I was standing outside in the rain trying to explain that I just needed a few minutes to check in and store my luggage before moving the car. The situation felt unnecessary and stressful, especially given the weather and circumstances. No staff came out to assist with traffic flow or luggage during this time. That said, once inside, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and even helped communicate with the shuttle driver, which I really appreciated. Everything else about the hotel was great, but the lack of coordination and support around parking — especially during bad weather — was disappointing and could definitely be improved."

"Free parking and having a Whole Foods within a 2 minute walk was a bonus."

"Very Cleaning updated. All Around excellent experience. The only minor dings were the shower has a sliding glass door. The first panel is fixed. You have to go through the open panel in order to turn on the water so you get hit with cold water if you're not careful. Also the rooms are very nicely updated and I wonder why they didn't put in comfort height toilets instead of the old school Lowriders. The other Positive significantly outweigh these two little minuses. It will be my go to near JFK."

"Room was not like the pictures. Don’t trust that. It’s similar but walls and everything was just dirty. Didn’t trust a single surface. *end of night came around I lock my door and then had to run out. Guess what I couldn’t.* I was locked in my room! The metal of the door was bent and wedged and left me stuck in the room. Thankfully a friend was able to rescue me. But needless to say I left shortly after that."
