Staff and amenities were great! We loved our room. However, it looks like there were some drinks left in the mini fridge from the patron before us. Other than this, we had a wonderful stay.

The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was great, the TV was nice but no local channels, I didn't use the washer/dryer but nice to have in the room. The only issue was road noise came through the large windows.

Overall the room is in need of a renovation . The drainage in the tub|shower was not good. Drawers didn’t open properly in the bedroom dresser. One elevator was out of service during our stay. The second elevator went out of service during checkout time, which resulted in having to carry all of our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. The staff did not seem to have a backup plan in place for both elevators being out of service & rolled their eyes when we expressed frustration about there being no signage posted about the out of service elevators. A simple offer of a complimentary water bottle or some other compensation for the inconvenience would have been more appropriate than the response we received from the front desk staff.

The room was not cleaned as the front desk assigned us the same room 404 we checked out Tuesday morning (3/31). The towels , bedding and bathroom vanity top were same as we left. Management needs to pay more attention on details!
