"good spacious rooms with all needed amenities. It was off that the breakfast included a sandwich but not coffee. Though the coffee was reallyy good! Entering into a coffee shop for motel lobby was a bit strange for me but overall the stay was pleasant."

"The issue was when we checked in there was a water problem to the degree that there was no running water from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. so you couldn't flush toilets or anything like that. If you wanted a hot shower you had to take it before 9:00 a.m. when the water shut off. This was not posted anywhere on Expedia and in fact resulted in us leaving the hotel a day early because you could not even relax and enjoy a visit to Columbus because you had to rush and couldn't go back to relax at the hotel because there wasn't water. The staff did their best it wasn't their fault. I think we should be credited back at least for one day."

"Room service never answered phone and when they finally did, they lost my order. WiFi frequently drops and staff says “sorry, we can’t do anything about it”. Front desk staff very pleasant and location is excellent. "

"This property was in poor over all condition. The outside shows clear wear and tear and inside was just as bad. The room lacked cleanliness and amenities were poor. There was dog feces on the exterior sidewalk. I requested a full refund which took back and forth conversation before granted. I can not in good faith recommend this property to anyone."

"what a beautiful hotel. I was actually surprised walking into it. Definitely where we will syay again when visiting Ohio State gorgeous lobby really delicious breakfast."
