Booked 3 months in advance when I showed up to check in he flat out said before I could say a word "No there is no checking in, find somewhere else, we have no rooms" and when I mentioned I had a reservation he said "not my problem find somewhere else." Didn't even suggest anywhere else to find a room at. Then walked away."
