Just 16 minutes to the Columbus Zoo! 5 Min. to OSU. 1 block to route 315. Six mins. to downtown Columbus. 1/2 block to the peaceful Olentangy Bike/Walking trail access. Whole interior recently rehabbed. Open 1st floor, 65" flatscreen, 2 king beds. Great location for looking for well appointed temp housing. Immediate access to route 315 /OSU Campus, Columbus sporting and concert events. A plethora of nearby breweries, art galleries, local restaurants, and furniture stores all within a short walk, scooter ride. High speed Wi-Fi. Hospital/ occasional emergency vehicles/sirens. Very clean, nicely furnished location! Super easy check in and great communication with host. We enjoyed our stay! Our only note would be, this is located on a major road so road noises are considerable if you happen to be a light sleeper - but they do have a white noise machine! Overall lovely stay!

Brian (owner) was responsive and friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a family visit and found that every place we wanted to go was convenient to the location.

Great Location

The house is in a great location, easy to get ubers to Ohio State stadium and casino, owner is great at communicating and easy check in and out process! Definitely staying here again for our nxt trip to Columbus!

Clean home in excellent location

We booked this house for an event at the Schottenstein Center. It was a convenient location and also close to restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops in Clintonville that were all wonderful. Kroger is down the road as well. Clean house and good communicationwith the owner!

Amazing stay

In all my stays with VRBO, I have yet to find a host who was as dedicated to ensure a pleasant stay as Brian! The place is also very cosy and just couple of blocks from Kroger. The bathroom is very nice , but you have to rate care not to run the washer or dishwasher while taking a bath.From check in to check out, he made sure everything was taken care of. Two king beds are just awesome and were so comfortable !

Great Place

Excellent location, very clean and modern. Communication with the owner Brian was outstanding. My son and I had a wonderful experience at this place, it had everything we needed and more. My only complaint was the amount of traffic on the street (which cannot be controlled). Other than that it was great and if we come back we’ll stay here for sure!

We stayed here for the weekend. My family and I travelled from Michigan. First off the house was very clean, the layout was outstanding, and we loved the overall “feel” of the place. It was very cozy.Very convenient location. Getting in and out was a breeze. Very. Entrally located for just about everything. I’ll never stay anywhere else if I visit Columbus again.

I love this place. Fabulous kitchen with a gas stove. Fabulous! Brian came by and checked on us. The house is warm and welcoming! We had Christmas Eve pickings and Christmas day brunch. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is it!

Stayed here for tournament. This was exactly as described. House is clean and updated. 2nd floor bathroom only. The only issue we had was street traffic. 35 mph evidently is suggested. It’s best to back into driveway due to traffic.

House and host great, but location is noisy. Front door is about 30 feet from a busy street and bedrooms use window air conditioners. It wasn’t sirens, just constant traffic sound. House nicely appointed, pretty, and comfortable. Unusual that “rules” have us strip the beds, take sheets downstairs and start the washer. Isn’t that why we pay a cleaning fee?

As advertized

My daughter and I stayed for a week while she attended a sports camp at OSU. It was a super easy commute and walking distance to a lot of stores including Kroger. I’m a bit of a bed snob due to a bad back and the mattresses on both beds were very comfortable. Even though I’m a light sleeper the street noise was not an issue but it’s summer so the sound of the A/C was essentially our noise machine.

Very accommodating host, easy entry. Clean, if quite musty smelling (it’s an older home). Very quiet. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning/heating. Bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor up some steep stairs. It’s an older duplex that has been updated so that puts some limits on the set up. I would say that if you are older and have trouble with stairs, this is probably not a very great set up for you. Nice updated kitchen. Could have used more basics (glasses, cups, plates, silverware). We did have to run dishwasher every day in order to have cups, glasses etc for breakfast next morning and there were only two of us. Laundry is great with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided. It is down some steep stairs in the basement.We really appreciated the good communication with our host!
