Great hotel

Great hotel and the area was perfect for our needs. Staff was helpful and friendly!! Would visit again. The room was very clean. Breakfast was great with a wonderful assortment of food. If I had to write one complaint is would be that the pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Executive area was very well maintained and the room was amazing for layout. Would have loved to stay longer.

I am happy I decided to stay at the hotel with my family. The hotel and surrendings are gorgeous and calming since it is located by the Tokyo Bay. The view in the restaurant, gym, lobby, and our room are fantastic.

Lovely hotel, clean and quiet with friendly staff and awesome breakfast buffet.

Wonderful breakfast buffet!!

Beautiful hotel, very spacious rooms, and quiet location. Family Mart attachedto the hotel is super handy. Walking distance to Shiomi station. Staff is very helpfully and speaks English.

4/4.5 hotel situated 7 minutes from Tokyo station (ie. 3 stops away). Booked a room with 3 beds and the room still has plenty of space for 3 large luggages. Very clean and modern. It’s a gem in close proximity to Tokyo station at a reasonable price.

Wonderful hotel, everything is excellent. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices, food is great. Definitely recommend.

Very convenient location, just about couple minutes walk from Asakusa line subway station and cross the intersection will be JR station. Of course every staff are friendly and polite alway smiling to greet you or help you! Room is clean and roomy, also with washer/dryer/detergent inside the unit was a plus!! Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices and very fresh and delicious. Me and my husband enjoyed this stay very much! Highly recommended .

Amazing professional service, room is clean and quiet, walking distance to the metro station. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and clean hotel, very close to public transportation

Great hotel

One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

The hotel was very good overall. There is not much in the immediate area but there is a train stop only minutes away. The restaurant had some tasty food at very high prices. Our room was very nice and had a good urban view, but was small.

Overall, my experience at was nothing short of exceptional. From the spacious and comfortable accommodations to the convenient amenities and nearby dining options, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area.

Room is very clean, staff very nice. The only thing is there is no coffeemaker in the room. Maybe coffeemaker in the room is just the norm in North America but not in Asia.

Great staff and accommodations

Totally relaxing and enjoying the top floor of hot springs bath with great service
