"Saga Palma Hotel was a great place to stay. I really enjoyed the authentic Jamaican breakfast each morning, and the hospitality from the staff was excellent throughout. The team were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely good people, creating a relaxed and positive atmosphere. They kindly allowed me to store my belongings after checkout so I could explore more of the island, which I really appreciated. They also helped arrange a driver for me to visit my family’s area in Jamaica, which made the experience even more special. The hotel itself has a lovely rooftop pool and a great overall vibe. Staff were professional, friendly, and made the stay feel easy and comfortable. Wishing the team continued success — I’d definitely recommend Saga Palma Hotel to anyone visiting Jamaica."

"Beautiful property … all rooms facing the water… nice balconies. Nicely equipped. Resort areas are very nice , elegant and homey. Atmosphere very worm inviting. Quiet and without kids:)) Secluded, private beach 🏖️ Employees are very friendly and welcoming. Professional. Restaurants with great food options and nice music at dinner time . "Moon Palace Jamaica is a stunning resort — gorgeous pools, beautiful beach, excellent food and drinks, and warm attentive staff. We had a genuinely great time and would likely go back. That said, a couple of things need to be said honestly. Our arrival was rough. They mixed up our room and we waited over an hour to check in after a long day of travel. For a resort at this price point, that kind of disorganization is a poor way to welcome guests and left us frustrated before we’d even unpacked. We were also pulled into what turned out to be a lengthy, high-pressure timeshare sales presentation. It was aggressive and went well beyond what was implied when we agreed to it. Go in prepared to say no — firmly, and more than once. Once we got past those two things, the resort really did shine. The amenities, the atmosphere, the food, and the overall experience were everything we hoped for. Just be ready for a bumpy start and keep your guard up when the “resort orientation” invitation comes around.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"The Expedia confirmation of my reservation stated that a deposit had been charged to my card. This turned out to be incorrect, they had just placed a hold on my card. This led to an issue on check-in when I was asked to pay the full price of the stay when I was expecting only to pay the balance. This misleading information from Expedia created an unpleasant first impression at the hotel. The hotel has old facilities, which are reasonably well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the amenities in the room, water a refrigerator, and a kettle with very much appreciated. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"Pull up to the front desk it wasn’t bad but that area could use a little work. The gentleman at the front desk was pretty professional. The property could use a some renovation also. Pool area was clean. Proceed to the room area I must say it was clean smell good and all I could need for a weekend getaway was there. My only problem I had is that I ask for a dueen bed and I think what I get was two double. But I’m not one for complaining so it was all good. I will definitely be going back there."
