« The third floor near the elevators smelled musty, dusty and like maybe hydraulic fluid or something, sickly sweet smelling. Our room was kind of musty smelling and very humid with a very old heat/AC unit didn’t really like the fact that the smoke detector flashed bright red white all night. The curtains really didn’t close properly to blackout the bright lights and between the grass and the two buildings which was our view out our window. « We liked the property as a whole. The owners were really really nice very very helpful and the amenities were a 12 on a scale from one to 10 the only thing that we weren’t able to use was the pool however it did open on the last day that we were there, but we will definitely return to this property in the future. « We were early arriving and checked to see about what time we could check in. It was 1030 AM and we fully understood that we would need to return at a later time for check in. There were two cars in the whole parking lot on a Friday. We were told to return after 200 PM and did. (minor annoyance) The desk operation was fine regretfully Room 122 smelled of cigarette smoke and was supposed to be non-smoking. « The AmericInn in Sibley, Iowa was the cleanest, most comfortable stay that we have had in Iowa yet. The room was cozy and well maintained and the best part was that it was quiet. No loud, annoying guests who can’t respect others rest time. We will definitely stay there again in the future. The manager/owner and her husband were very friendly and helpful. »

« Il y a beaucoup mieux pour moins cher, c’était limite pas propre et le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas, il y avait que le robinet qui marchait + un matelas avec les ressors dans le dos et un petit déjeuner « continental » qui est tout sauf continental. Dommage parce que les gens sont gentils »
